About Lucky Photography

The intent when I started Lucky was to create a photography studio that caters to people who think outside the box. People who wanted a different type of experience than what was available at other studios. Everyday people would call us with really cool ideas and we would use our abilities to plan, execute and deliver images that exceed the client's expectations. And we would do all of this, while keeping prices as low as possible, so we could help as many people as possible, create amazing, one of a kind photos.

5 years later I feel like we've achieved what I set out to do. Of course, it's a never ending evolution and we're always trying to push ourselves and our clients creatively.

Brent Walker - Owner, photographer, wearer of many hats (literally) Brent is an internationally published phototgrapher with a passion for working with everyday people to create extraordinary images. Brent graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 1993. Suzu Tran - Art Director, stylist, coordinator Suzu has been the art director at Lucky for 2 years. She grew up working in her parents salon and eventually ran Forever Yung Salon and Spa. Suzu brings an amazing creative energy to every shoot and helps clients with everything from wardrobe styling to set design to making sure your hair and makeup are absolutely perfect.

Makeup Artists
We work with the best Hair and Makeup Artists in the Southeast. Because of the diversity of our clients, we maintain relationships with an equally diverse group of makeup artists and stylists. We bring in the person/people that will work best for your shoot.

The Studio
We have an incredible 2700 square foot studio set in a 125 year old cotton mill. Exposed brick, 3 story high ceilings, original plank wood floors, massive steel doors... an amazing space with limitless possibilities for your shoot. We are located 30 minutes south of Atlanta and love to shoot on location anywhere.
